MONDAY, APRIL 15th!!! I will be back to work and I couldn't be more excited! You can book your appointment now! or call/text me at 314-532-8468!

Cyrus is making sure I get my exercises done!

I officially have a frozen shoulder, meaning limited range of motion. BUT, working will help me get my range of motion back which in turn will ease my pain! I am at a point now where I can perform all my work activities!

I will be doing physical therapy three times a week and at home exercises eight times a day. I have been working hard to get back to doing what I love! And of course I can't wait to get back to seeing all my lovely guests at the salon!

I will be working part-time to start, so be sure to get on the schedule as soon as possible to reserve your spot!

During my time off I have been able to spend time with my Mom who started a new clinical trial on Monday! I am working around her schedule. So far the trial is going good! The first two Mondays of the month for two months, we are at the cancer center at Barnes from 7:30am until about 10pm! Then on Wednesdays and Fridays of those weeks we are there for about six hours. After the first two months, the appointments won't be as intense. Before her treatment started we got to spend good quality time together. Many prayers that this trial kicks her cancers booty!

My husband has been a God send through this! Helping me remember medications, rubbing my shoulder every evening, helping me take showers, washing my hair, even shaving my legs for me!

I was able to start running again! It will be a while before I can get back to my full on workouts but I am so happy to be able to be active again! Frozen shoulders can last for years. Mine started before I had my surgery and is due to the trauma of the golf cart accident I was in. I am hopeful that I can be back to my normal self again in a short time!

I can't wait to see you all!
